Arbor & Adams Ridge Subdivision Project
This variable flow, constant pressure pump station is designed to supply up to 4500 GPM of filtered canal water for the pressurized irrigation systems of two subdivisions: Arbor Ridge and Adams Ridge.

Pumps: System includes a total of three VFD-operated vertical turbine pumps: two 75 HP duty pumps each delivering up to 1125 GPM, and one 10 HP jockey pump delivering up to 125 GPM..
Customer Challenge: Customer required a variable flow, constant pressure pump station designed to eventually supply up to 4500 GPM of filtered canal water for the pressurized irrigation systems of two subdivisions: Arbor Ridge and Adams Ridge. Upon installation, it was configured to deliver 2375 GPM with a discharge pressure of 85 PSI. To accommodate future expansion of the subdivision, it was configured for the quick installation and integration of two 75HP vertical turbine pumps capable of delivering 4500 GPM @ 85 PSI Discharge Pressure.
Project Features & Benefits: Includes dual self-cleaning suction-scanning screens automatically filter water down to 300 Micron.
Performance Upon Initial Installation: 2375 GPM @ 85 PSI Discharge Pressure
- The initially supplied system delivers a variable flow range of up to 2375 GPM while maintaining a constant line pressure of 85 PSI.
- It includes a total of three VFD-operated vertical turbine pumps: two 75 HP duty pumps each delivering up to 1125 GPM, and one 10 HP jockey pump delivering up to 125 GPM.
Performance With Added Future Pumps: 4500 GPM @ 85 PSI Discharge Pressure
- The system is configured for the quick installation and integration of two 75HP vertical turbine pumps, which will be added in the future as the subdivision expands.
This pump station does not include an enclosure at this time.
